As you’ve likely seen in the news, a Tropical Cyclone is developing and heading towards Brisbane, bringing major disruptions to operations and deliveries. Here’s what to expect:
⚠ Container packing/unpacking delays
⚠ Deliveries affected by flooding, road closures & safety concerns
⚠ Wharf closures likely
⚠ Dehire depots may close or restrict stacking due to high winds
⚠ Loose cargo at risk from strong winds, flooding & structural damage
⚠ LCL loading/unloading subject to safe conditions
⚠ Limited staff access impacting daily services
Even if the cyclone doesn’t make direct landfall, severe coastal weather will still impact Brisbane’s logistics operations. Please plan accordingly and stay safe. We’ll provide updates as the situation unfolds.
